Delivery & Returns
Orders placed before 3:30pm for items that are in stock are dispatched on the same day*. In winter times, when we close early on Fridays, we aim to dispatch all orders placed during opening hours. Orders can be placed online, over the phone, on email or via one of our agents. All orders are dispatched via royal mail special next day delivery. Special delivery covers any potential lost or stolen parcels and ensures your goods are delivered the following day. Orders to the Republic of Ireland and other International destinations are sent via Royal Mails International Signed for service.

Please note, some items selected may not be in stock. We will ship what is in stock within 24 hours. Should you wish for your entire order be sent all together please contact us. Please bear in mind there may be a delay of between 6-8 weeks for this option.
Our policy is not to credit returned items unless the item in question is faulty. Any discrepancies or defects should be reported within 14 days and a full refund/credit will be issued. We do ask that any returns are sent to us within 28 days and accompanied with a copy of the original Invoice. Please note that due to health and safety reasons all earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
